2023 CAPS-I Annual Conference

Lenka Kubasova, BONARD's Recruitment Solutions Director, and Grace Zhu, BONARD's China Branch Director, presented two insightful sessions at the 2023 CAPS-I Annual Conference.

During her in-person session, Lenka presented BONARD’s latest data-driven analysis of the K-12 sector, including a comparison of Canada's market performance against global competitors. As part of her presentation, Lenka drew on the most recent data to provide recruitment tips for key K-12 source markets and also outlined post-pandemic recovery and renewal patterns in various K-12 destination countries.

Grace presented online and shared the latest student market insights and government policies in China, along with key findings from BONARD's recent student survey focused on destination and program type preferences, agent roles in the application process, and main student recruitment channels.
